Chief financial officer outed as maligner of Loftin - A&M athletics

On October, a poster dubbed UtayAg on the popular Texas A & M athletics fan website TexAgs opined, "I have to admit that the foolishness on this board always brings me rear to the tip that I know I am not the dumbest out here.

His man posters ask for to differ Jeff Toole, A&M athletics chief financial officer and senior associate athletic director, admitted Tuesday that he has disparage A&M president R. Bowen Loftin on TexAgs - dubbing Loftin a "putz" and a "desperately under qualified puppet" - under the alias of UtayAg.

"I was posting what I thought was an unspecified opinion," Toole said Tuesday. Toole was outed on the website by a poster dubbed "iPanic" who searched UtayAg's posting history and found one from May 5, 2010; in which UtayAg identify himself as the Aggies' CFO for athletics."That slip my mind," Toole said when asked why he thought he was posting secretly when he had already identified himself under the handle.

Toole, who was graduated from A&M athletics in 1980, makes $200,000 yearly, according to the Texas Tribune. He has held the position for about 2.6 years and was brought onboard to help A&M athletics through a financial and also that includes repaying the university a $16 million loan.
